Like it or not, MySpace is huge. I was kinda hoping it would be over by now, but it isn’t. I just checked, and according to Alexa, it is number 6… in the whole world… According to the widget I have on Netvibes, I am not in the top 100… thousand… yeah, not in the top 100,000. But like I have reiterated, I am not very good at this blog thing, but hopefully my design taste is better than my blogging skills. In that spirit, I have put together a list of what I think are the best Myspace overlays and templates. I myself use number 3 on this list and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Thanks for the comment on my blog.

I too hoped that MySpace might leave us, although in saying that I’ve been reunited with a fair few friends through it.

[...] I know that I am the furthest thing from some cool street guy, but I really want to say that this girl keeps it real! She wrote a post critiquing the Reboot website, and she absolutely blasted them. And man did they deserve it! But anyways, she writes with a passion and expresses herself really well. The next article that I found that I really liked was about MySpace. In fact, it was an article after my own heart. Starting with what will be at least a 3 part series, Teresa begins breaking down and then helping you build back up a better MySpace profile. The series is called Breaking Down MySpace and is well worth a read. The last post I want to mention is the one that includes my favorite photos. It is just a bunch of her Trip Photos and I am torn whether I like the Coi or the Spidey pics more (the Spidey ones are very reminiscent of my Godzilla in Japan pics). [...]

Hey, finaly I know how to figure this out thanks to this tutorial, thx!I have 1 problem though, my design is 790 high and when I place it in de Bio section it shows in the example but when I try to submit it, the ’submit’ button is underneath the picture. And when I try to adjust the top margin, the picture is way down. I also tried to give it more space body table table td {padding-top: 1000px;} but still it doesn’t work. How can I make this work?

Dean you need to clear out all your previous code testking 220-602. It’s pushing your default profile out the sides of the profile. The friends aren’t next to each other because the images you used aren’t he same width as the ones I used in the template. You need to edit to match or manually tweak the stylesheet to make room for wider images testking 70-647.

You’ll have to Google for MySpace DIV comments. I don’t like comments on the page so they’re not included in the tutorial. You can still view all your comments. All the necessary links are in the HTML. Make sure you look through everything and edit whatever is needed testking 70-270.

fortunately, myspace is underneath the shadow of facebook and twiter now. Myspace was always such a shady little thing. Its essentially a haven for preteens… although facebook is getting a bit on the annoying side as well
