The Most Useful Web Apps

According to Wikipedia, Utilitarianism is the ethical doctrine that the moral worth of an action is solely determined by its contribution to overall utility. It is thus a form of consequentialism. Utility — the good to be maximized — has been defined by various thinkers as happiness or pleasure (versus suffering or pain). While this may be all well and good for Jeremy Bentham, we are going to be a little less philosophical about things that are useful.

There are many great sites out there that are all good and fun, but are they useful? Can they make you more productive in some form? Well, I have tried to narrow down a list, albeit a long one, of truly useful sites. Hopefully you can achieve some utility through this categorized list. Most of them, if not all of them are in the Web 2.0 domain, so keep an eye out for ajax and/or community togetherness!
