Ok, wait one sec… I need to get Cat Stevens’ Peace Train song out of my head…
Alright, I am ready to go! So, I was tagged by the Quartz Mountain Weblog for the Technorati Train, which was originally started by Mr. Gary Lee. It is a long list of great sites that gets passed along; not too much unlike a pyramid scheme, and if you know anything about those, the only people who make the money, are the ones who are relatives close to the top. So hop on board soon! (The instructions are further down) Before I tell you how to board, let me just tell you about the links I am adding to the train:
- ChiGarden: Teresa is a fantastic designer, who is probably scared that I keep linking to her… But she is that good.
- Deziner Folio: I have only started to get into this site, but it is great. There are all sorts of great free resources and tips for designers.
- The Paper Bull: This is a newer project, but if you aren’t already reading him, you need to start now! And join the Community Blog Project, while you are at it.
Alright. There you have it! So just read on below, add those folks to you favorites (and, if you are interested, me too!), and then keep the train moving on!

Here are the rules:
1) Write a short introduction paragraph about what how you found the list and include a link to the blog that referred you to the list.
2) COPY the Rules and ENTIRE List below and post it to your own blog. You may want to change the titles of the blogs to help avoid duplicate content issues, and increase the amount of keywords your site can accessible for.. Just don’t change the actual links to the blogs.
3) Take My New Faves and move them into the The Original Faves list.
4) Add 3 new blogs that you’ve added to your Technorati Favorites to the My New Faves section. Remember to also add the "Fave Me" link next to the blogs you add. (i.e. http://technorati.com/faves?sub=addfavbtn &add=http://www.yourfavesdomain.com)
5) Add Everyone on this list to your Technorati Favorites List by clicking on "Fave This." Those who want good karma will fave you back. If not, you will for sure get the benefits of faves from the bloggers who continue this list after you.

Thanks for keeping this train moving! The biggest benefit I am finding as a result of this is all the new blogs I am now reading.
Absolutely. Plus the links don’t hurt neither. And if I may say so, this particular version of the train is probably the best
[...] I was put on this train by j david macor which originally started from Mr. Gary Lee. This seems to be very cool. The idea is to build your number of “favorites” on Technorati and discover some new blogs in the process. [...]
Hey, I have no problem with getting some linking love! Although right now my site is down for the Reboot thing. When it’s back up again on the 1st I’ll be sure to keep the train moving again
Sounds like a nice idea.
I’m gonna wait a while before I join this. I’ll see first whether Technorati approves of this or not. I don’t wanna experience the same thing that happened with 2000 Bloggers.
Btw, I added you to my Technorati Faves just that you know. Hehe
Well, you are already in mine
I don’t think that this will work anymore. I mean, I tried joining the train too, however, with lots & lots of people doing the same thing, only the first 100… and I mean the very first people who did this only gets the benefit.
Thanks for including my link.. I faved yours too!
Do you also do link exchange ?
Sure. I will do a link exchange and put you on my Links page.
Hello
Great book. I just want to say what a fantastic thing you are doing! Good luck!
G’night
