How to Stay Organized Web 2.0 Style

It’s time to organize your life! Admit it. Your desk is cluttered and you can’t find time to exercise and you don’t even know where to sign a check; OK, maybe that is not all true for you, but each and every one of us need to take some time to organize our lives. Without doing that, we find ourselves stressed and overwhelmed. I have scoured the web looking for the latest in 2.0 goodness that will help you make sense of your life and without further ado, here is my list. Oh, and I put a 2 stars next to the ones that I personally use.

Organize Your Tasks

Organize Your LifeIf you haven’t started using task lists, you need to start now. These online organizers are accessible from anywhere and allow you to categorize and prioritize your tasks. You should use at least one!

Organize Your Schedule

Now that you know what you need to be doing, you need to start making time for all of your newly found tasks. To accomplish this, I give you a list of some of the better calendar apps out there!

Organize Your Health

This is an area where I need some help now. Sure, any chump can tell you that the secret to weight loss is diet and exercise, but these communities will take you the extra mile; literally.

Organize Your Finances

These web apps will help you solve that monthly riddle: “Where did all of my money go?” Once you start tracking these things, you’ll find that you actually want to spend less as well.

Who Said ThatI am fully aware that this list is far from comprehensive, but I just picked some of my favorites along with the ones I actually use. Leave a comment if you feel like I left a major service out! Oh, and I am honored to have been mentioned on the Create Business Growth website as a “Who said that?” feature. Thanks to everyone over there!

If you’ve been leery of pulling all of your financial account info together online, this is the year to reconsider testking CISSP. I’ve been impressed with the My Portolio feature on the Bank of America banking web site. It allows me to pull together our investment, credit card accounts, and mortage loans to see our entire financial picture—the reassuring and the ugly testking 220-602. The company that provides the secure technology and tools to do this is Yodlee, which is also behind Mint, a free service that organizes your accounts with simple-to-use tools and an easy-on-the-eye design. Wesabe has similar tools with the added feature of a community where members help each other reach their financial goals testking 70-647. Read each of the site’s privacy statements to find the one you are most comfortable with.
