I have always heard stories about this sort of thing in Southeast Asia, but never have I seen the proof! Maybe some of my readers from the region will be able to enlighten us about a certain line item on this receipt; and no, I am not referring to the several lines of taxes. My girlfriend may have a problem if I were to come back home with a receipt like this:

I have to say the translation errors that occur in different countries is really funny. My friend is in Japan at the moment and has told me about some funny signs, one was in the toilets that said “Do not wash hands or hair in the toilets”! LOL
