Personally I set my goals a little high, alexa/google/key terms/revenue... and it makes me work that much harder on getting to that point. I've watched your blog grow and it's given me hope, even if i change things around a little to often. On the upside I'm near breaking the 200k mark in alexa and I've finally started my to get in my "posting groove". Nice rise in stats here… and great goals for the future.
