Buying and selling MMO stuff these days is a billion dollar business, crazy.
It seems totally ridiculous to buy a pre levelled up account in my opinion. It takes the fun out of the game if you have a fully bazzed up fighter straightaway. The whole point is that you shuffle around struggling to even knack a rat at the start, then after a lot of messing, you can drop a horse with one punch. When you get to that point, it’s far better if you’ve had to struggle as you appreciate it. I haven’t played WoW to be fair, so don’t know how it works in that game, but have played plenty of other RPGs.
I never really used cheatcodes either for the same reason. There is no reward if you just get maxed straightaway.
I guess this is the same as in real life, if you’re born into money, Paris Hilton style, you have no appreciation of it and just buy diamond lamborghinis. If you start off poor, if you ever make decent money, then you remember the days where you were struggling and appreciate it more.
